This bathroom is being used as the master bathroom on the second floor but was out of date and not very functional. We did a “minor makeover” by keeping the existing vanity with its gorgeous Carrera marble top, and the light fixtures that fit the style of the home. We increased the usability of this space by turning a 1980′s tub/shower combo with aging tile into a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors. By adding a knee wall beside the commode, you gain some privacy while still keeping the floor plan of the bathroom open and airy. Gray faux stone tile and carrera marble accents tie in with the existing stone in the room. Lastly, a new paint color helps to pull everything together to create a much more functional and beautiful space!
